 Prince of the Eastern Region patronizes the fourth edition of the employment Exhibition 2017.


            His Royal Highness Prince Saud Bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Eastern Region, patronizes the 2017  employment Exhibition, organized by Asharqia Chamber in Dhahran Expo, on the Dammam Al Khobar coastal road from 23 to 26 October 2017, from 3 to 6 Safar 1439 AH, and with the participation of a  big number of companies and institutions concerned with settlement, training and Saudization.
The Council of Asharqia Chamber of Commerce, Abdul Rahman bin Saleh Al Ataishan appreciated the generous patronage from His Highness the Prince of the region, saying the exhibition is an important step to support the transformation project of the National Vision 2030 in the Kingdom.
The 2017  Exhibition aims to support jobs efforts, and highlight the role of the business sector in providing job opportunities for citizens, provide business needs of Saudi employees, connect business and training and employment services providers, and share experiences and practices among management, human resources and employment, in addition to creating an atmosphere of professional awareness and developing the skills and capacity among those who want to work through proper jobs planning for their future, especially in the choice of profession best suited to their qualifications and abilities, and spreading the concept of professional culture in the society.
"This exhibition, which we look forward to " is the best choice in the employment of institutions and job seekers in the Eastern Region, "is the channel that opens the door to a great stream of national talents, looking for a job opportunity that shows its energy, creativity, personal aspirations, and supports the development, stressing that the human element is the foundation in this country, regardless of his job and his place of work.
The head of the Chamber pointed to the issue of «culture settlement», which the Chamber seeks to spread  among the national groups in the social and economic meetings, through this exhibition and other events, saying that this culture of the national human resources, so that production is achieved which is based on the vision of 2030, pointing that such exhibitions and other events enable us to  spot the national competencies and then recruit them to serve national economic projects. Saudi youth are our weapon in the battle of the total development.
For his part, Secretary General of the Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel said that the importance of the exhibition is presented in three basic aspects. The first is the companies facing some difficulties in providing human capabilities. They will participate in this exhibition. Participation with its effectiveness is one of the most important means. The second aspect comes in the framework of benefiting the scientifically and practically qualified young man. The exhibition provides them with several options for applying their knowledge and expertise. The third and last aspect is represented in the training, education, rehabilitation and coordination of the relationship between employer and job seeker, through the exhibition to provide all its services.
Al Wabel expressed the hope that this new edition of the employment exhibition will contribute to the success of the previous versions, which contributed to the recruitment of  big numbers of national manpower, and also highlighted a number of  suggestions supporting the huge Saudization project.
